Good morning!

I'm going to be buried in kids' closets today. :dejection: Hope I can find my way back out! ;) Will be interesting to see just how much I can accomplish with both RJ and Sage here, too. That is most of the reason it hasn't been done already.

But, clock is ticking. So need to get after it, for sure.

Have a great day! Big hugs and positive vibes to all! :love_heart:

Stephen King has written under the following pen names:
Richard Bachman
Beryl Evans (with a playful wink)
John Swithen (magazine)

Does anyone think he'd secretly publish under a different name for his own amusement and to see how his books would sell anonymously? He wrote under Bachman to avoid over saturating the market with Stephen King novels but what about now? As a powerful and wealthy man wouldn't he be curious to see if he could do it? What do you think?
Also, he suggested that he'd never again write under the Bachman name but do you think there's a possibility that a "trunk novel" might one day appear?

He talks about this in the foreward to The Bachman Books. He compares it to an interview someone did with the Beatles (or maybe it was just Paul McCartney) where they say they used to want to dress in capes and masks and play anonymously just for fun. The interviewer asks something about what happens when the recognize your voice, or the guitar riffs and Paul is stunned. Sai King then says it's true and that from the beginning he was getting questions on if he was Bachman because folks just connected with this writing patterns. I would be very surprised if he tried to see if he could do it again. More likely, we might see more of the Gwendy's approach of collaborating. Interesting thought for this early in the morning, though! Good morning, Doc!=D

Good morning!

Was a productive day yesterday. Got Evan's closet cleaned out, his dresser and his toy box. He still has a few favorite things. Scott's dad made the toy box for him when he was a baby, so it will be with him forever. :)

Then I got Ty and Ali's toy bins cleaned out. (They never got a toy box made for them.) Cleaned out the bin I keep in a corner of the living room for RJ and Sage. Then I had to quit because our little roll out trash dumpster was full. Today is trash day.

So all that is left to do is Evan's desk and he has to do that himself. Think I'll be painting this weekend. Then flip flopping everything as soon as paint is dry.

Managed to do some regular chores too.

Have a great day! Big hugs and positive vibes to all! :love_heart:

I had to work yesterday but I got time and a half :greedy_dollars: - it was Terry Fox Day here which is a statutory holiday

Worked 7 to 2:45 then went to a birthday party for my son's new GF

They had a fire pit, hammock, pool (above ground), hot tub and three dogs running around the big yard, plus the birthday girl's brother had put up a bouncy castle for the kids.

Overall a nice way to relax after working during the day :peaceful:

p.s. Josh gave Pam a 'friendship' ring (not a real diamond, just a cubic zirconium) but she is quite happy - she asked if it was the same as a 'promise ring' and he said yes.

another p.s. - I almost forgot - the cake got dropped but luckily landed icing side up on the grass! (and of course for some strange reason they decided to have a bit of a cake and icing fight) ooooh - I stayed away from that - looks like they enjoyed themselves though.
