I played floorball today!! First time since september. My achillestendon was not used to action but i had to test it it to see if the treatment has had any effect. I'm happy to say that it worked!! it grumbles a bit but that was to be expected but it does NOT hurt. We'll see how it (and the rest of me) feels tomorrow when the trainingache comes..... But all in all i think it was a positive test.
