Saw Jaws on the big screen yesterday. Annual tradition!

Played around with Garage Band recording software today. Finally hooked up the audio interface I picked up last year for it. Got a couple tunes percolating in my SwiftDog brain that I want to rough out before going into the studio to properly record them.

Started the first Capstone course week. We are in the final 16 weeks of my MBA program!

I also threw my name into consideration for the Capstone project manager role. I think I have a sadistic streak......

We've had a friend in town visiting from New Hampshire for the past few days and have had a whirlwind with hosting her birthday party, going to the fair (including a couple of concerts), hitting a a museum for the Prince and horror exhibits, several brunches, and a bit too much of the devil's juice. She's just left to the airport and now I don't know what to do with myself. I mean, I'm supposed to be working and my house really needs to be put back together but I'm here procrastinating instead since it's about time I sit down and catch up with you good folk!

Been a long day, went from work straight to the GP, have a cough I can't get rid of and having trouble catching my breath, he couldn't find anything wrong with my lungs but I have to go for a chest x-ray just to be sure there's nothing there. Got home and got dinner ready for my wife and daughter, I'll be heading out shortly to collect the wife from yoga and then scoot over to collect my daughter from work at 9pm.

....make sure there's no fluid around your lungs or heart, and given what you do for a living-it can be hard on the respiratory system-so have him get some bloodwork and and a CT scan.....
