She’s in DJ’s camp on this and thought me super gluing the top of my finger back on was a idiotic man thing. Her 75 year old father called us a couple of heva hava’s. Hadn’t heard the term in decades, probably before the interweb. Growing up I heard it a lot from people who used Pennsylvania Dutch phrases. Decided to look the meaning up the other day. How the actual meaning went to a term used to describe someone as a nitwit is perplexing.

Had a meeting with a lady from hospice, and got set up for it. As of right now, I will be visited by a nurse twice a week, but that will change as things progress. There are different people for different things. One person will come to help me bathe, and one will come to sit with me when the family are not here if needed. It is a good organization. I could get a hospital bed if I want, but right now I don't. Maybe at some point, I don't know yet.
I can still see my doctor if I wish, but I don't wish. She yelled at me when I told her no more doctors, and no more meds, and I would not do dialysis.
They have what they call a 'hotel', which is like their own hospital. If my blood sugar goes whacko or something, I will go there, and they will fix whatever is wrong, and send me back home. The lady said they don't want me to have to go to the hospital, because no one ever gets well there. I told her I hated this hospital here anyway.

In your mirror.
Good afternoon.

Well, with just a couple of hours to go our campus went hot. Separating combatants, herding middle school, high school and boot camp students to near by classrooms, calming tempers, reassuring and not speculating on who did what to whom or why...last student just got on the bus. 2017-2018 school year is over and I'm going to need the summer to prepare for the 2018-2019 school year.

Be safe, stay cool.

Hospice workers are the best. They were the steady presence when my mom was moving to the other side.

I'm working hard on production in order to brain-bleach from the work yesterday.

I had originally put it in a spoiler, but really, I don't want to talk about it at all, and you don't want to hear about it. Sorry for the vaguebooking. Just grumpy.

Son stubbed his toe. Never said anything and we discovered it looked funny when he walked. Told him to take his shoe off. Off to the doctor this morning they did a surgical proceedure . he is in bed sleeping now. But whoa never seen since quick service. Called the foot doc yesterday scheduled it for this morning and they did it right then.Hopefully it heals up quickly.
Ran get prescriptions and now hopefully Iam in for the day.

Looking forward to taco (and mojito) Tuesday with Mr. Blue and a friend after work. I'm still pretty worn out from my weekend. I was a friend's wedding coordinator and spent the weekend, running, running, and running so that everything would come together perfectly for her. It was a lovely wedding but I didn't really get to relax and enjoy it at all. Hopefully, this will be her last wedding. :D Yesterday was hell day at work too and I've been playing catch up from that today so relaxing over mojitos is really just what the doctor ordered.
