Thy did restock their farm but prospects are always a gamble. Especially ones you didn't originally draft. Yanks being the Yanks they will spend money in the offseason. They still need pitching and there is not a lot of it in the 2017 free agent pool.

I don't think it should be the umpire's responsibility to throw out a fan, but I'm glad he did. It's a family environment and there's no need to act that way.

Unfortunately that wouldn't stop the fans from showing up for first pitch already hammered. Never ceases to amaze me the ones that spend so much for beer at the games, buy two on each trip to the beer garden and then spill most of it (on other fans) on the return trip to their seats. Almost as much fun as watching The Blue Jays play.......:p

No, it's the people. It's the choices they make. Flies don't cause garbage nor do spoons make people fat.
Nobody is forcing them to drink and get sh!tfaced. Don't drink if you can't keep yourself in check.
Some, on the other hand, are naturally obnoxious and alcohol only enhances that characteristic.

Dude, Giants fan or not, there's always some room on my sh!tlist. Nobody insults my Yankees and lives to tell the tale. Mind you, I don't do sharp sticks or flame throwers - that stuff is for amateurs. Remember, I live on Staten Island, where there are plenty of places to dump bodies.

I grew up in North Jersey, almost in the shadow of Giants Stadium. I was there when they poured the concrete over the still warm body of Mr. Hoffa.

How is The Island these days anyway? That guy ever get his wish and get that extra Z put in the Verrazano-Narrows?
