...annnnd, the Tribe falls to their first loss...good Jay pitching and poor Indians offense today...

We live to play again.

I didn't actually see the game.

I was out buying pumpkin carving knife and paint brushes. My son has decided he wants to "do" Halloween this year.

When we got home I turned on the game. It was one nothin. Jays at bat. I watch....strike one.....strike two....turned the tv off. Much later turned it on. Jays had two runs, not sure how many Cleveland had, but they were at bat....hit the ball. I turned the tv off...might have been a pop up....might have been a home run....might have gotten on base or grounded out. Turned it off before my bad mojo turned it into a home run.

Have you heard anything about the pitcher? I hope he didn't do further damage.

I don't know if Travis caused his original injury to get worse by returning to early, or if it was there already and wasn't diagnosed properly or what.

He was off due to a bone bruise. Now it's a bone bruise with a very small flap of cartilage caught in the joint.

I think any team that makes it to post season has people playing in pain. Earlier in the season they would take more time to recover, but it's post season. If they can walk and chew gum at the same time they are going out on that field.

I’m hoping on a Dodgers/Indians World Series. My uncle played on the Dodgers (Brooklyn & L.A.) in 1957 (.273 BA, .370 OBP) and 1958 (.248 BA, .322 OBP) and the Indians in 1959 (.292 BA, .424 OBP). If it does happen I’ll be rooting for the Dodgers. Got to go with the NL.
