We have a Mexican food wagon that I eat at every now and then. Good food.

Not opposed to them. Just don't see them much where I am. In fact, never.

There are some sidewalk wagon-stands around the downtown. There was one that made the most delicious Mexican food, grilled in front of you, and not all that expensive.

Only street tacos from our local mexican market . Good lord, those are good: Carne asada, pollo asada, al pastor… Every Sat. after I do my shopping (they have the BEST carniceria in town and the freshest veggies outside of the farmer's market).

I would run up when that little silver truck pulled up.. num num... I am working but hells bells lunch time is in a half hour. Lets get a little something...

Potato salad? yeah.. How long has this been in the hot truck? I will eat it...

Years ago we used to buy the best tacos for a quarter each from a street vendor in Tijuana. They came with a handful of hot pickled carrots. We'd buy a few and sit on the curb and eat them, while our eyes watered from the spicy heat. We didn't allow ourselves to think about ingredients or sanitary conditions because we didn't want to find any reason to stop eating them.

I microwaved a frozen hot dog and ate it in a napkin. Just now. did not bother with anything just ate the thing all wiggly half cold.

I've only ever had good experiences with food trucks, I think they're great.

The food trucks are just not in my small town. However, think that they get inspected as much as the restaurants.

There's a Taco Truck that cruises near where I work. I haven't tried it yet, but if they come by today, I surely will.
After seeing this on the Food Network, I'd really like to take a field trip to South Carolina and give them a try. Stuffed hot wings.
