The Sixth Sense.
I know not everyone is a fan of M. Night, (even I'll agree he has done some horribly bad films) but that is one of my favorite movies, even though I've only watched it twice since I first saw it in the theater. It chills me.
And the scene where...
Cole tells his mom the answer to his (deceased) grandmother's question...I sob every time.
...I get choked up just thinking about it.

Were you living in the area when he shot some of the movie "The Last Airbender" at Beltzville Lake?

I love The Sixth Sense. It was a spectacular movie experience on the first viewing. M. Night has been hit-or-miss ever since, but I feel like he's returned to form with The Visit and Split.

I agree! I recently rewatched the Visit. Crazy one and I can't believe I didn't guess what was going on before it was revealed.
Split scared me because the Horde reminds me very much of my son during a meltdown
(but I loved the ending...can't wait to.see more!!!)

I was living here at the time, but don't remember even hearing of that film...I had to IMDB it lol.
Now I'll have to watch it.
I had taken the day off and my son-in-law and I planned on going there for some bass fishing on the boat. He told me about the filming that day, so we went to Mauch Chunk Lake instead as we thought the bass at Beltzville would be put off by all the commotion.

Personally, if you're planning on eating what you catch, I would stay away from Beltzville. I tend to.stay away from there anyway and I'd never set foot in that water. :barf:
