Never heard of that author - will have to look for her books at the library. Thanks for the rec! :smile2:

Stephen helped discover and launch her career a number of years back and Marsha had been following and collecting her stories. She (Marsha) very generously passed her collection on to me many years ago and I have been following her since. She has a website/and blog and is a super-nice person and interacts with her fans online.

Um, Me thinks you already partook of that particular item.....;;D
 No... but I think I might need a new prescription for my glasses--or maybe a brain scan. I seem to be mixing up (or leaving out) a lot of words lately.
Did FlakeNoir mean paste? Fast Paste? Hey, after she's done with that bong she'll have munchies and can eat the paste!! Win-win!! :congratulatory:
Mmmm... paste, takes me back to my childhood. :biggrin2:

I'm right there with ya, luv. Some days I have to pause to think of whatever word I'm wanting to use when I'm posting. Hope it's not an early indication of senility. Yikes.......

If that was my problem.... I always start out somewhere (kitchen, livingroom or other place and when i have taken three steps i have to stop and think because i forgot where i was going.... I stand there like a statue and say Where was i going? to myself. I usually remember it though after a bit of brainstorming.

In fourth grade I knew a kid called "binky" who'd eat yer damn paste! Is that you binky?!! It's good to see you! You've put on some pounds! I guess that's why weight watchers doesn't recommend mucilage based food sources.

I think maybe we should take up crosswords (I used to do them all the time) and other word games to exercise our brains?
Or we could just give in to it and invest in a couple of recliners for the porch? :biggrin2:

In your mirror.
Good Saturday afternoon.

I am reading I Am Not A Serial Killer by Dan Wells. fljoe0 talked about the movie (on Netflix now) and being based on the the books. By the way, if this is YA the kids who are reading this must have a pretty strong stomach. (The author has freaking awesome knowledge on serial killers, I should know.)

It's online

I Am Not A Serial Killer (John Cleaver #1) read online free by Dan Wells

as are the follow up books.

(It's cold so I have a blanket around myself, eating a bowl of Cocoa Puffs, Pandora is playing in the background and John Wayne Cleaver, 15 year old sociopath is scaring the bejeebers out of me. Yay!)

Have a great afternoon!

I too enjoy her books. It was the SKMB, Marsha in particular, who introduced me to Meg. Good reading for anyone who gives her a try.
