My real name is Anthony. I'm Italian & Spanish, originally from Philadelphia.Growing up. I also lived in Baltimore & Ocean City, Maryland, Wilmington Delaware & Several places in New Jersey. I currently reside in Tampa Florida, where I attended the University of South Florida and have stayed since not counting a failed relocation to Fort Lauderdale that lasted less then a year .I Am 31, divorced, have a daughter, Ahava, who lives in New Jersey. I work for ADT security doing installations on Wireless systems, a job that pays well but is currently killing me with hours (Last 3 weeks have hovered around 60 ; we are shorthanded). Prior to that, I worked as a bartender for several years. I listen to mostly hard rock/Heavy Metal, played basketball in high school and still try to on occasion when time allows. Have been single for the last few years and I don't think I've ever been as relaxed and stress free as I am right now in life. Recently moved to the nicest apartment I've ever lived in, although my work schedule is keeping me from enjoying it much. I love animals and have 2 dogs and 2 cats.

I think that sums it up more or less. Pleased to meet you.
Ahava, what a beautiful name

My name is Jude, I am a mother of 3 children (23, 17, and 14). I was born in Emporia, KS I have moved 23 times in my 41 years on this earth and now live in north central Kansas. I have been divorced for 13 years, but met my soul mate almost 2 years ago...we plan to get married someday but are in no hurry. I have had a few different career's in my life a professional florist for several years, taught the floral outreach program for a community college for 2 years, computer aided drafting for a few years, ran heavy equipment for a few years and now I am an office manager for a fiberglass manufacturer. I really like the small community I live in, my oldest son and his wife live next door to us, my youngest son works on the weekends for his grandma who owns a small café here in town, I know all my neighbors, I only have a 6 block work commute, etc. We have 2 dogs, Cash is an English Mastiff and Nemaha is a Chocolate Lab, we also have a pixiebobcat named Remus. We often have "natters" on the deck with our friends and family, share some talk and drinks. We enjoy hunting, both gun and bow. I started reading S.K. when I was 16, checked out The Shining from our school library, and have been a fan and collector every since. That's all folks, to quote Mod, there's really nothing to see here, so moving right along!

Ryan.... (male, don't let the avatar fool you), 35 years old, originally from Scotland but now live in Ireland with my girlfriend / soon-to-be-wife. As well as reading (which I really don't do enough of) I listen to music obsessively, mostly indie bands but I'll genuinely give anything a try, from rock through to metal, country, bluegrass, electronic, pop. I love searching out and finding new music. I like good coffee, and I watch way too much wrestling =D I also play guitar and write songs but that's taken a bit of a back seat recently to playing XBox and going to the pub ;-D First started reading SK at around age 13. Started with Pet Semetary. Favourite SK book is probably Needful Things, but I also really enjoyed Cell. I'm a fan of Chuck Palahniuk as well.

Muskie - Where is yer avatar? You forgot book scribbler.

Oh, yeah...

INTERESTS/HOBBIES: Book scribbler, scribbler of all sorts, truth be told. Nothing really published, you might say. No money from it, anyway. That ain't the point, I'd reckon. Maybe one of these days, once I've built the better mousetrap, there'll be garland and garters hanging from the chandeliers.

Derf.

Occupation: Finisher of orthopedic implants and instruments (not to mention a vast array of aero and auto parts). Technical metals of critical tolerances, basically, with a heavy emphasis on aesthetics. Working in the orthopedic capital of the world, I've seen and done it all. Knees, hips, shoulders, tibias, bone chisels (yes, those do just what they sound like), any and all manner of medical instruments; all kinds of metals-- titanium, cobalt, stainless, aluminum, etc. Hey, those little black boxes on jetliners? Who do you think finishes their cover armor so they're all nice and smooth and don't crack? Yerz truly, catboys n gals.

Speaking of which, time to coffee-up and get rollin. Got more bone chisels to finish.
Here is a question for you - what colour is a "black box"? They asked this question in Edmonton on a radio show - I called in and got it right - won a T-shirt! Yay!

Just metal when I'm done with em, but they DO get painted somewhere down the road, by a different company; I've always assumed they paint em black.

Hmm, now I've got that old Stones' song in my head...

I knew I smelt something. The Muskie alarm has been going off all day, but I just thought it was the neighbours faulty security system. Welcome back 'rat the white'

Hi guys, I'm Gregg 41..no wait...43 gheeee my profile needs updating . 9 years service in Royal signals. Duties included drinking American servicemen under the table and booting them from the pool table in Germany, Cyprus, Belize. Moved from Scotland few years ago to Australia - where I install fibre optic cable to the rich and lazy. Favourite SK books- Bachman actually - long walk, rage, blaze ? And the TOwer can't forget the tower . Currently writing a space opera that was started on here many years ago. I write blogs, and watch from the side lines these days because I cannot be trusted to talk on here with a beer in my hand . Think I'm on my third and final warning from those who rule - so tend to just sit back and laugh at all your chit chat . Love listening to Bowie- and Metallica these days. We are well met.
