Who am I? I hate every human being who is asking questions from me, and it's happening almost every day, because I'm working at a WalMart like hypermarket. The desperation about money, the jealousy of those who has money and buy everything without a thought, the rage, everyday, and the hate is fueling my life. I have to take drugs to not feel any anxiety at my job, or just simply cut someones throat who is complaining to me, who is simply "uploading" the shelf's with products. Also I can't accept myself of who I am, I hate myself, I can't look into the mirror, because I feel the sudden urge to punch through it. I have to suppress my anger, and it's just another burden in my life. I'm spending more time fantasizing, than actually living my life. I have no romantic relationship, and I don't have one, because I know that I'd hurt emotionally my partner. I'm on this planet for 23 years for now, and I wake up every day. But I don't know for what. It's just an automatic process. Process that I have to do. I can't find any meaning at my life. All I know is I'm exist, and just breathing air.

You are just doing the dance of life. Like everyone. Trying to figure out what our purpose is. What we stand for. What matters. Keep waking up every day, do the best job you can and be creative. Find a passion and throw yourself into it, the rest will fall into place.

OK, Happily married going on 15 years (2015). Have three sons, (two are human, the other is of the canine descent). I am a magazine editor (local publication in Ohio). I do love notebooks, I do, I do.

First book I read by Mr. King was "Pet Sematary", My favorite books are "It" and "Needful Things"... and...I can't list them all. I reading the Dark Tower series, on book number four.

On a side note, I am excited to get my glasses soon, which will help me see better when I write in my notebooks and beyond.

Have you read Trainspotting by Irvine Welsh? The characters talking in broad Scottish and Scottish slang is brilliant.Takes a while to grasp what they're actually saying.
GAR, that book was difficult to get through! I ended up just reading it aloud--it made more sense to my ear than my brain (my daughter had to do the same with Joseph's broad Yorkshire in Wuthering Heights-lol). Brilliant book.

By brilliant ... Are you referring to Trainspotting or Wuthering Heights? If W.H i can only agree. A big fave for me. Its a pity she died so early (E.B i mean). I think she was the most gifted of the three sisters. Have actually only seen the movie Trainspotting, not read the book.

I'm pretty sure I've got a copy (WH) on my "1001 books you need to read before you die" pile.

I'm from Yorkshire, so Wuthering Heights should be a breeze for me ;)
HAHA! My mum's best friend is from Yorkshire, and even after some 30 years in the US she still has quite the accent. I usually don't have much trouble, but it's fun to listen to her speak to her sisters back home on the phone--it's like she's speaking a different language than English :)

Both, actually (though I was talking about Trainspotting), though in different ways. W.H. is a favorite of mine, as well. The dialect was difficult for me in Trainspotting, but I knocked it by reading aloud--made more sense that way.

While I'm here,I might as well do this-

My name's Paul, but all my friends call me Champ, I'm 48 years old. I live in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England. I'm single, and have a 10 year old daughter called Isabella. I'm a self employed kitchen fitter. My first SK book was Salem's Lot, that I read after seeing the tv mini series back in the early 80's. I've read pretty much every SK book,my favourite being IT.

Ha ha. Has she ever said "put wood int oil"? Put the wood in the hole, aka shut the door.

Who am I? A European living in Asia, a dreamer, reader, writer, animal lover and mango eater. I write book reviews, flash fiction and short stories; also completed one novel which I'm hoping to publish one day, and working on a second. I love horror above all genres, and I'm just starting to get into fantasy. My writing is a combination of both.

Favorite SK book: Needful Things. I don't believe I've heard of King until one day about 13 years ago when I was browsing in a second hand bookstore and I picked this book off a shelf and thought it had a really cool title. Haven't looked back since. Still my favorite, although The Shining is not far behind.

Huh. How did I miss this thread? Squirrel brain, probably.

I'm Evelyn. I'm 43. Married for 15 years, but it's really only just started to get good. No kids; lots of adorable niblings. I blog, and I just released my first short in a zombie anthology, and I'm writing a middle grades book. For money, I test software. I am good at understanding people, at looking beyond their defenses (gives me a high tolerance for a**holes, because almost no one actually means to be an a**hole, and sometimes the people with the prickliest outsides need hugs worst of all). I swear a lot, and I love Coke Zero, and I'm very opinionated but always willing to back it up—and always willing to listen. I believe in science and social justice, and I believe in humanity. I try very hard to be kind and feel it keenly when I fail.

Favorite SK book: The Stand. No, wait ... Salem's Lot. Duma Key? Eyes of the Dragon? I give up.
