You stay safe Madam. Positive vibes for all stuck in that mess. May all the children be safe. Hope the rescue crews can attend to the school buses. Adults can handle the cold while children need to be safe. Prayers!

Thank you Lady Spidey . . .a lot. I'm so worried about the children. So many parents don't know where their children are tonight because of this storm --getting answers is a very slow process.

They should have let them stay home today. We knew about this storm Sunday. I prepared for it because I watch the weather and I knew we were headed for problems. Sometimes management is the worst set of people to be in charge. Degrees doesn't prove that you have good common sense.

Still bad news here. 50 kids or more are stranded on buses and thousands at schools across the metro area --state troopers sent to all the schools for 'security purposes' for the night. Many, many motorists stranded EVERYWHERE.

But yeah . . .we all have permission to stay home tomorrow . . .once we reach home. Grid-locks really look like some sh!t Stephen would write about in one of his most lovable tales . . .it's something else right now down here in da Dirty-Dirty South! Only thing missing: Arc-sodium lights.

19 degrees.

Poor kids! (the parents must be frantic, I'd go batshite crazy if I couldn't get to my kids... especially if I knew they were halfway home stuck in a vehicle)
I hope the grown-ups they're with will be able to turn it into an adventure for them and that they'll be warm enough and able to get back home soon.

It sounds pretty bad down there for you. I hope you and your kids are okay and the snow melts soon! :snowman::cold:
