A green christmas here... No snow at all. I like snow at christmas but it was a few years since we had a truly white christmas now.

I watched White Christmas with Bing Crosby/Danny Kaye -- sigh. I love these old movies, but this was torture. Just pure damn torture. I liken it to the "gee whiz, lets put on a show in the barn" type of movies from those days. I appreciated it from an artistic angle -- sets, decoration, clothes, songs, dances, the actors -- but wow. This ain't one of those shows that holds up.
I watched it also over the weekend. I agree with you, but this number always cracks me up...

I am 32% Irish so I can say this: I refuse to put that tacky St Patrick's Day crap on my beautiful beautiful Christmas tree.
