Stay home and be careful. My uncle is in his 80s and worked for Ford his entire life (I think it was the only job he ever had - he started when he was in high school) and he has lung issues from being in the plant all those years. He says he hasn't been out of the house for over a month. He did something a few days ago that needed stitches, and the doctor wouldn't let him come in, just told him to bandage it and stay home. I have an Aunt in Washington DC that needed stitches too and was told to stay home. So while we are staying home, we also need to be careful not to injure ourselves.

that is to bad

A group that is also putting themselves on the line but not getting much attention are our local pharmacists who are considered essential workers. I'm hearing some horror stories about how they're being treated by the public and their employers from my daughter, including resistance to protect them by providing masks, gloves or protective barriers (as recently as the past month they were told by her corporate office they could NOT use them), using floaters in multiple stores to cover shifts instead of assigning one floater per store to reduce exposure risk, and who without notice changed their sick leave policies within the past month. I'm sure that's just a coincidence. :glare:

yeh that is happening over in m6 city of Edmonto, alberta canada

That is weird as hell ... but College Steve is a national hero!
So national Japanese developers took note of him when making their psychological horror game that takes place in the United States. The creator of Silent Hill was a big fan of King and other horror authors, the original game does draw parallels from The Mist (monsters coming out of a mysterious fog), in fact, though the games found their more original footing in the second one. Lots of locations in the games are named after authors, such as Bachman Road.

Coronavirus update. This is the fifth week of lockdown, and the governor is considering a partial reopening of the economy by early May. Current infections stand at 1298 with 64 deaths. Many hundreds of tests are still pending and no numbers are available as to those who have recuperated. I've been staying home mainly, with occasional sorties to the supermarket or the pharmacy. Got my mask and gloves with me, and a solution made with bleach to spray on surfaces I've touched. Also use it on the soles of my shoes. Can't be too careful. Take care, everyone. Stay home and be safe. Needless to say: read King.
