Thanks for the good vibes and well wishes, Y'all ♥

Munchkin is going to try a short day back at school today. She will go in an hour late, and it's an early release day today and tomorrow so it will be good for her to ease back into it. Her counsellor and the attendance secretary said that as long as she has the doctors' notes, those will be considered if an appeal becomes necessary.

I can't even talk about work right now. She's even started playing church music all day every day.....not that I'm against hearing a song now and then, but that is just too much, and we have a stylist who isn't of the Christian faith, as well as many clients. I think it it horribly disrespectful to those people.
The situation has begun to affect my attitude..... I love what I do, but right now, not so much.

I hate it when our backs get shoved to the wall! sigh. I was in one of these stuck situations myself for 9 months, (yes, pregnant and working for a madman. Knowing when I had that baby, I was never coming back.)

Keep your head down, do your job and get the hell out of there as soon as you can.

Hi tet! As usual, I've been off and running. I had a crazy weekend of rock shows and Vancouver, BC road trip but it was sobered by the fact that one friend's sister died of an overdose and another friend's husband committed suicide. It's been a real emotional roller coaster over here.
(((Baby Blue, friends and family))) Sorry for your losses!

Might go down to the basement and dig out those Halloween decorations - only a few days to go!

I just bought rockets and Popeye candy sticks this year, so I won't be tempted by the teeny chocolate bars.

Hmmm - just realized that it might look like I'm encouraging kids to smoke! :facepalm_smiley::eek-new:

Okay....if you haven’t glanced at the story lately, check it out! Kurben , Chris Keenan Mr Nobody , Coolallosaurus, koofer, Alexandra M and niro all have chapters posted so far!
Healing vibes for all in need
(((Baby blue))) feel better! I love seeing Corey’s costume work in progress on FB. Good to see you HollyGolightly ! You always have wonderful and positive messages! Good to see everyone posting again after the break!
Sundrop hope all is well.
I did something rather stupid today! I glanced at the weather on my phone and left the house with no cost thinking that it was Indian summer in NH! It’s said that the high would be 81. I left with no coat or mittens. I am outside with the children at recess right now and very much regretting that I was apparently looking at the weather in Phoenix on my phone. I have too many towns in my weather app . The high today is 43°

Hello Tet! Boy, I've missed y'all. Things are busy. We're good though. I'm blessed. Not complaining!!!

Sundrop Hope the munchkin is feeling good and has full use of all teeth and mouth asap. Sounds like a bum deal at the salon - you deserve better!

Baby Blue So sorry to hear about your friend's sister and husband. So tragic. Life is not ended- just changed. Suicide is mental illness.

The Ogre is watching some show called Brake Room - check it out if you can. It's not my thing but he's highly amused. We're also arguing about macarons and moonpies. Is a macaron just a moonpie? I like moonpies but I've never had a macaron. And he's talking about coconut. Does that have anything to do with either of those? Maybe he's confusing it with macaroon? We're all over the place here.

And teenage boys. Oh man. Someone save me. I'm not very good with this. I'm just staying out of it. I miss my lil fella. Where'd he go? He's this surly guy with long purple hair. Help.

I didn't go back to read everything - I'm sorry. You're all in my thoughts and prayers. Keep me in your's.

Peace to us all!

I am thinking of attending the Joe Hill event next Sunday in Bedford New Hampshire. There’s also a wine tasting so I find this event particularly exciting. I wish I could find some local people to go with me but my boyfriends gonna watch Little Alex, so that leaves me going solo . I’m actually at a point my life where I don’t mind going to places all by myself!

Better get your tickets soon!

I wish I could fly there for the weekend but that's not possible - in a fantasy world we could pick up Hill lover35 back in Edmonton and bring her too (but she might faint from excitement!) :friendly_wink:

Probabley. He is looking good. Marriage agrees with him. He seems more happier or professional then his other interviews? I am not shure why perhaps his last one was just more structured? But that whould be awsome if we where to take a trip over their

Oh wow! I was going to attend that with stacy270! We backed out because of our budgetary restrictions.
Rio was telling me all about Joe’s wedding over dinner! He was there and met Stephen!
I guess Joe had two weddings because his wife is British....I think that’s what Rio said anyway.

ISO he got married three times in total. Lol. That whould have been cool. I am thinking the one in England may have been more smaller? That is cool he got to meet king. I think joe and his wife got married in some gothic place in Boston (?) I wonder if joe hill and his wife are living apart together. I do follow her on Twitter, and no I am not a creep
