Red Planet. Two movie came out near each other in history, both about trips to Mars. The other was Mission to Mars. As I recall both were bombed by critics. I can take or leave Mission, but like Red Planet. It's well-done imo, with a story which isn't boring, and includes Tom Sizemore, an actor I enjoy.

Excellent movie. Wasn't a big fan of Mission to Mars, but Red Planet had a cool plot.....and Carrie Anne Moss....

You *must* see it if you're politically inclined in any way. Spacey is magnificent and it's a slick production.

I watched Girl Most Likely on Netflix. Bizarre little movie-Kristen Wiig and Annette Bening were very good. At first I thought Matt Dillon's character was going to be similar to the one he played in There's Something About Mary...

Just got home from the theater where I saw Godzilla! Awesome movie! I'm so-o glad that they didn't mess this one up! Great FX, good story line, great monsters! I was surprised about Bryan Cranston tho. Who's the guy that plays his son? I've seen him before somewhere.

Saw Maleficent last night. Good concept, poor execution.

Also saw The Fault in Our Stars a wek or so ago, it was good, if a bit sappy in places IMO.

My kid told me yesterday that I need to watch The Fault in Our Stars... I'm a real girl when it comes to sad movies, so I'm a bit worried about this one.
