Not in North Carolina. The stay at home order was extended through May 8th. Then, If they think that the number of new cases is going down, we can begin phase 1 of reopening. Phase 1 will include retail businesses that are able to maintain proper physical distancing protocols, and opening restaurants at less than half capacity. They will evaluate again two to three weeks after phase 1, and if they like the numbers, we can begin phase 2 of reopening the state. Phase 2 will include salons, spas, gyms, etc with restrictions to capacity and physical distancing. Then, 4 to 6 weeks after phase 2, they will evaluate again and see if we can go to phase 3, which would include reopening the entire state.
Taking that into consideration, the earliest I can go back to work would be May 22nd.
