Someone did this once to me. Dug out some flowers from the front of my house, then entered them into the county fair and won a blue ribbon. I recognized the flowers at the fair because they were unique and reported my suspicions to county officials. The person admitted she stole the flowers from me. The county officials then asked me how they should proceed. It told them the only thing I wanted was for the blue ribbon to be stripped from her, nothing more. That’s all that happened.
Now THAT is what you call Justice.

We didn't dig anything up. We cut blooms. Still not good to do.

My neighbor lady had a Japanese Maple tree dug out of her yard. It was good sized too. You could see where they dragged it across the sidewalk and loaded it into their car.

Not in North Carolina. The stay at home order was extended through May 8th. Then, If they think that the number of new cases is going down, we can begin phase 1 of reopening. Phase 1 will include retail businesses that are able to maintain proper physical distancing protocols, and opening restaurants at less than half capacity. They will evaluate again two to three weeks after phase 1, and if they like the numbers, we can begin phase 2 of reopening the state. Phase 2 will include salons, spas, gyms, etc with restrictions to capacity and physical distancing. Then, 4 to 6 weeks after phase 2, they will evaluate again and see if we can go to phase 3, which would include reopening the entire state.
Taking that into consideration, the earliest I can go back to work would be May 22nd.
Thanks - they are talking about reopening here too but in gradual phases, similar to what you described.

My province has 272 cases and Saskatchewan has 366 so compared to more populous provinces like Quebec, Ontario and even BC and Alberta we are definitely on the lower end of the scale.

We will have to wait to hear what our premier for the province has to say about the reopening plan.

I love this man. He was always dropping off food and cash for my street people when I managed a homeless shelter in Fort McMurray. Remember this city had a huge fire several years ago.............now they are flooded.
