No fun only when we seek the inside intel.Does that mean you were just leading me on when you told me you thought my posts were humorous?
That one's "Summer Thunder". Each of the stories has been dedicated to a different person and there is an author's note just before the story about Stephen's inspiration for it.I thought this was really cool. Kurt Sutter (creator of the TV show "Sons of Anarchy") posted on his Instagram a copy of Bazaar of Bad Dreams with a message SK wrote inside the book. I didn't want to post the photo, but the message said:
"For Kurt Sutter, the story that begins on page 481 (the last story in the book) is dedicated to you. A little motorcycle action from The Cleaner. Be well, Stephen King."
I think that's really awesome and I can't wait to read that particular story
You will. There was a time when we only got one a year. But I did find myself looking at the calendar the other day...I'm starting to get itchy all over and soon the shakes will start. I need my Stephen King shot!!! And it is still thre months left to go. I don't know if i survive......
I love the fact that SK is in full swing with two books a year, but I can't keep up with what I still need to read from the back-catalog. Not really a complaint, though, as I'll have books to come for years to come after he hangs up the keyboard. You will. There was a time when we only got one a year. But I did find myself looking at the calendar the other day...
