Yummy!

Today it's leftover Chicken a la King (which I had frozen earlier)

For a fresh side dish I am making Darth Tater

There are a lot of good recipes in these books

Darth Tater is roasted potatoes with onion then you add a can of cheddar cheese soup (which I did not have so I just made a white sauce and put some cheddar in it)

You sprinkle some shredded cheese over that and also some chopped green onions, put it back in the oven at 375 for about 25 minutes

:m_pan:
Interesting. Tell us if it's good.

....plenty of TP on hand?.....
Oh yeah, we're fine for T.P. The hoarding idiots have switched their attentions to Dettol and anti-bacterial wipes and liquid hand soaps, I blame the outlets, if some gobsh*te wheels a trolley full of wipes, T.P. and hand soaps up to a checkout they should refuse to sell it to them, a limit of two or three of each item should be imposed.

....I agree wholeheartedly, and was just making a wisecrack about the effects of your salad ingredients on your GI system.....

You'll notice I left celery off the menu, I have a good recipe for celery, take a dozen sticks of celery, wash them, cut them into inch long pieces, steep them in vinegar overnight, the next morning drain them and throw them in the bin.
