Just going to throw this in here, I cannot post in my thread about the website issues. It will not let me. I hit post and stuff disappears, over and over. Same thing just happened trying to reply to a PM as well. But it let me post here. I tried restarting my phone too but that did not help.

We have your post in the website area and I'll email Jordan now to make sure he sees it.

Tonight we're having roast chicken with carrots and parsnips cooked around it. Also mashed potatoes and gravy plus a side of beans.

Sandwiches.
I don`t feel like cooking today.
Hey Frank - do you like sweets?

I just made this recipe called "Apricot Chews" where you're supposed to use dried apricots, finely chopped. I didn't have any dried apricots so I just chopped up some Thompson raisins.

It smells really good!

The first layer is like a crust then there's the middle layer which has sweetened condensed milk and coconut (and the chopped raisins).

I just took it out of the oven. I put a thin icing on top using brown sugar, some sprinkles for decoration and some pecan halves. :m_pan:

Yesterday I made a homemade pizza with Trader Joe's premade pizza dough. Fresh red peppers, mushrooms and red onions all chopped up. Then oregano and basil sprinkled across and mozzarella sliced and randomly placed. Take out of oven, sprinkle with black pepper and red pepper flakes.

Oh man. It was absolutely deelish and the first pizza ever that was good heated up the next day. I actually thought it was better the second day.

Tomorrow I will make chicken soup with homestyle noodles and mirepoix, fresh seasonings and an organic broth.

What are you having for supper/dinner?

Doc Creed -- miss your wonderful home cooking dishes.

It was the best roast I've ever made! So tender and the flavor was amazing. My husband is not crazy about roast but will eat it and he loved it. Ty hates roast and he even loved it. Try it!! It is delicious!
oooo, just saw this. I'm going to have to try it.
