Having the worst day at work. The lady who is my biggest migraine trigger (you seriously can't even imagine how strong her perfume is) was standing at my desk this morning when I go here and she lingers for HOURS after she's left an area. I've taken meds that haven't done much other than make it harder for me to concentrate and I'm now hiding in an empty office with the door closed and lights out just trying to make it through until my client meeting this afternoon. All I really want to do is curl up in a ball and die right now though.

Luckily, HR has FINALLY agreed to talk to her about toning it down and not wearing fragrance when she has occasion to be near my desk. It has only taken me being sick every time we are in the office together for the past year and a half for them to finally get around to it.
Ask your bosses to pay for Botox. It's great for migraines.

So sorry to hear this. Maybe she’s gone “nose blind” to the fact that she is wearing too much perfume. Hope you feel better soon

Today I took Josh to the Royal Fork which is a Chinese buffet across town - he was meeting up with two buddies from work.

After that I just drove home but on the way I decided to go get some new reading glasses :reading:

I used my Optimum points and splurged on some Foster Grants 2.0 strength that came with a case. I think from now on I won't buy any more cheap glasses. My Dad had macular degeneration and I'm hoping it's not hereditary.

Also popped into the French bakery at the end of our street where I bought six hot cross buns! I still may attempt to make my own, but theirs are good and $1 each. This is not a cheap place (they're from France).

I was surprised to see they were open!

Hope everyone has a good Good Friday and I'll miss you guys for the next three days!
