1. Do you recycle? Yes, and at work, we compost, as well.
2. Are you spontaneous or a planner? I tend to over plan, to allow for more spontaneity. For example, we went to Disney World and I did major research and knew best things/cheapest food/fastest lines, etc. so that when we were there, I could adjust the plan according to what was happening. Also, if someone offers up to do something fun at last minute notice, I will usually make it happen!
3. If you could change anything in the way you were raised- what would it be? My folks were pretty cool. I can't think of anything right now.
4. What sound(s) do you love? Music, laughter, church bells, rain, so many lovely sounds!
5. What do you prefer- sweet or salty? Both, usually mixed up together!
6. What was a food you hated as a child, but eat as an adult? Broccoli

8. Are you an introvert or an extrovert? Both depending on the situation. I think it's cool that several folks have said this. I am sensing a trend.
9. What is the worst gift you ever received? I am thankful for every gift, but when I was a kid, I got one of those dolls that crawled for Christmas. My ex-uncle broke it within 5 minutes. So we replaced him. LOL

1. What are the chances of you and your friend/family members ever attending a King Kong?
Small i must say. With the atlantic to cross it is a journey but i have hopes that maybe next year my visit with my brother might coincide with the kingkon....

No.
3. Did you ever get mad/upset with a noisy child to the point where you spoke to the parents about it (i.e. in a public place like a movie theatre/restaurant)?
Not if they try to do something about it. If they just let them run wild, as i have seen, i might be a trifle irritated.
4. Tell us about your worst/best travel experience.
So many good ones.... Grand canyon, Crete, Jordan, Mesa Verde, India. The worst one is probably a trip to London where i almost missed the flight home because i was so drunk. And the flight didn't help that. (i was young......)
5. If you work, are you happy at your place of employment and if so, how long do you think you will continue to work there?
I was satisfied where i worked.

King is well aware of the dark sides of humanity but he is also a believer in our strength to fight these sides. So, a bit of both.

No... probably more like a 'time' ... I was born in the 60's , and I favor classic rock and classic country... I suppose I am a classic!

I believe in destiny.. so if its destined, I suppose it could be love at first sight.

Too many to put a count to them... I grew up on a farm and still do.

about an hour ago... my husband left to go hook up my ex-husbands new smart tv .. sh*t like that tickles me.

One laying beside me.. but if I look over to the right there are hundreds.

More than any other.. probably would be The Exorcist

Well it would be now.. because I finally had my house phone turned off about a month ago since we barely used it.

I love swimming... do it quite often..., almost daily.

James Taylor's Fire and Rain and Otis Redding's Dock of the Bay. Singer/songwriter and soul/blues are still my favorites.
2) Do you have 'only in an emergency' underwear?
Yep--lol. Old ones, but not holey, that sit at the back of the drawer because I can't throw away useful things :/
3) Do you believe in love at first sight?
Nope. Attraction or lust, certainly, but not love.
4) How many pets have you had in your life?
We moved a lot when I was a kid, so we rarely had pets for long--I remember two dogs. Once we settled, though, I remember 8 dogs and 3 cats. 4 birds. Numerous fish. One guinea pig
5) When was the last time you laughed?
Just now--my son was wondering if Superman poops & it made me giggle.
6) How many books can you see right now?
9 to my left. If I lean forward to see around the corner, there are two bookshelves full--not counting them.
7) What movie have you seen the most often?
Probably Wizard of Oz, since I've seen it at least once a year since I was born. A movie that I picked, though... maybe Terminator or 30 Days of Night. Or Night of the Living Dead.
8) If you lost your phone, would it feel tragic?
Only because I'm still paying for it.
9) Do you like to exercise? How?
I do, most of the time. I walk just about every day, and I'm considering upping that to walk/run or run.
10) What food makes you think of your grandma?
Maternal: Coors beer with salt in it (I remember finding the 'salting beer' really interesting when I was a kid--probably why it sticks with me) Paternal: dill pickles. She had a huge garden and made the best pickles I've ever eaten. I wish I had her recipe.

2) Do you have 'only in an emergency' underwear? had a pair, but the last time I pulled them on the elastic kept going up while the lower section dropped to the floor...too many wedgies I think, as the song has it.
3) Do you believe in love at first sight? you bet! it happens all the time, I'm fallin' in love allatime, but on! the other hand, song again...music is influential for sure
4) How many pets have you had in your life? maybe eight dogs, two cats, a turtle...that I gave to Cootsie 'cause he thought it was cool and they seemed to like each other...some had no names, bugs and stuff, a salamander or two
5) When was the last time you laughed? the wife's sleeping so I've been trying to keep it quiet, but earlier, reading a thread or two here.
