We had goulash (hamburger, onions, garlic, stewed tomatoes,) with noodles and cheese. My son wanted mini sliders, so it all worked out.

Neesy, if you use high fat meat, you can 'rinse it' after cooking. A quick spray of hot water will remove extra fat (tip given to me by a dietician I used to work with at the nursing home).
I wish I had - it is too late now - but maybe I could just remove some of the fat that has hardened on the top? Can you imagine eating that full fat hamburger all the time? That cannot be good for you - blech! xD

Tonight I ground up some fennel seeds, coriander seeds, mixed with some Tumeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and crushed garlic and plain flour. Put in plastic bag, and, one by one, put some fillets of Cobbler fish in bag and shook around until coated. Fried in oil, and served with rice and peas. Yum, cheap and tasty!
