The Omen. One of the best ever made, anybody else love the scene where the photographer gets decapitated and his head rolls across the glass like a bowling ball?
The Omen II. Not as good as the first but I like it, I keep forgetting Lance Hendrickson is in it too.
I like in II when the guy gets caught between two train cars as they connect. Ka-CHUNK! Ouch...
38.) Halloween 2 -- And with that i close my horror watching month. Rather suiitable i think. Not as good as the first but a good sequel anyway.
Soon midnight here and november is about to start so i post my list now. All except The Halloween movies and the first two Romero zombiemovies are FTV. Been fun. I reached 38 watched movies which is more than i thought.
2015 Oktober horror movie festival
#1.) Session 9 -- Brad Anderson (2001) with David Caruso. Not very good
#2.) Christine – John Carpenter (1983) with Keith Gordon. Good but not great.
#3.) Nightlight – (2015) Teens playing silly game. Not bad bad but not good either.
#4.) It Follows – (2014) Satisfactory creepy. Ending a little weak but otherwise good.
#5.) The Babadook -- (2014) Real good. Warmly recommended
#6.) Hostel – Eli Roth (2005) wellmade but not really my thing.
#7.) Insidious (2010) – This is good. A real creepy story.
#8.) Carrie (2013) – Liked it. It is not as good as the original but a solid remake.
#9.) Dark was the Night (2014) – Good monster movie.
#10.) 30 days of night (2007) – Real good vampiremovie, Recommended.
#11.) The Purge (2013) rather good dystopic home invasion movie.
#12.) Extinction (2015) Matthew Fox. Zombievirus movie. Not especially good.
#13.) Area 51 (2015) Not close to good. Badly acted and silly story.
#14.) Toxin (2015) A virus is spreading. Not good but not as bad as Area 51.
#15.) Stake Land (2010) A real good vampire movie. Recommemded
#16.) Night of the Living Dead (1968) Iconic zombiemovie. Good but not great.
#17.) Dawn of the Dead (1978) better than Night. But not as iconic.
#18.) Day of the Dead (1985) not as good as the other two. Good frankensteinmix.
#19.) Land of the Dead (2005) Best of his zombiemovies.
#20.) Survival of the Dead (2008) Worst of his zombiemovies.
#21.) Signs (2002). An Alien invasion story. OK. But not great.
#22.) Dead Snow (2009) Nazizombiemovie. I really liked it.
#23.) Eden Lake (2008) A nice romantic holiday goes horribly wrong. Good movie.
#24.) Silver Bullet (1985) Very enjoyable adaption of Cycle of the werewolf. I liked it.
#25.) Pet Sematary (1989) Really bad acting in this one cripples it a lot.
#26.) Long Weekend (1978) Australian. A man versus nature kind a horror.. So-so.
#27.) The Green Inferno (2013) Better than Hostel but not my choice of horror.
#28.) The Blob (1988) The remake. Not great but fun to watch.
#29.) Harbinger Down (2015) Kind of Blob or Alien in the arctic. Not very good.
#30.) I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997) liked it . Good actors.
#31.) Howl (2015) A decent werewolf movie. Good.
#32.) Salems Lot (1979) 3 hour movie but worth while. Good if not great.

Watched IT now watching Rose Red .. nice Halloween. Have my oven cleaning itself while I'm watching.. hahaha
45.) Let the Right One In (2008). Excellent movie. Swedish film (English subtitles). Oskar broke my heart and the girl who played Eli was outstanding as well. Rated 8/10 on IMDb. Very unique twist on a classic horror theme. Have you seen this one, Kurben ?
The late, great Sir Christopher Lee in Hammer's The Devils Bride right now. Count Dracula/Dooku gets to be the good guy for a change.

30. Goosebumps (FTV)
The creepy characters from the many books of R.L. Stine come to life in this fun-for-the-whole-family spooky movie. An unexpected treat. My daughters loved it too even though I caught them covering their eyes and ears at various times when the monster scenes got a bit intense! Nothing deep and meaningful here, just proof that good clean fun family horror movies can still be made.
3.5 out of 5 stars.

46.) Inner Demons (2014). Another faux-reality horror movie. Not very good, but at least it explained "how it happened" better than some possession films I've seen.
LOVE Cat People and Fearless Vampire Killers! I remember seeing that one when I was a little kid (my parents rarely said I couldn't read or watch anything--lol) I haven't seen it for years. TCM is one channel I miss having.

47.) Almost Mercy (2015). Listed as "B-Movie Horror." This had way too much "reality" for my comfort zone. Disturbing. Last horror movie for this marathon - I'll compile my entire list tomorrow.
