The gaping chainsaw slashed gut wound from episode 106 of As Vs The Evil Dead. I wanted the "I'm in the butt" autopsy cadaver but folks were slinging money like crazy on those bids. Every Necronomicon went for thousands and you could forget the chainsaw hand.
Not weird, but definitely vintage. Bought a brown one for $7 at a flea market recently, works perfectly. Me trying to bring back the 80s to my house, one clunker at a time!!
So cool! We have a phone like that too (actually two, one that belonged to my grandmother, and one that we bought at a thrift store). Not the same of course, but a similar model. I really love them.

I drive my tractor like I’m in a demolition derby… and it shows. I need to sharpen the blades, fix a bent shaft, the deck belt keeps falling off, and other problems need to be addressed. The problem is I don’t have a way to get underneath the tractor. Last night I saw the mower lift I had been keeping my eye on go for more than half off in a clearance sale. Snatched it up. Now I have to learn and teach myself how to fix the tractor.
Also started picking up various bird seeds as they go on sale to feed them over the winter.

It rained Sunday so I was unable to mow the property. Picked up two 6 foot picnic tables at a great clearance sale. I'm giving one to my brother. Assembly is required and paid $22.48 each. I figured the wood alone costs more than that.
