I had a fleeting thought about the Night Flier when Inside View was mentioned-but didn't stop reading long enough to form any solid connection!I liked in the little blurb, SK mentioned he liked to think Popsy was actually The Night Flier.
Yes, more so than the humans. That really "humanized" them, didn't it?

I think I was "on the lookout" because I reread The Dead Zone not long ago and had a fleeting thought about the similarity of the reporters when I read Night Flier, but didn't really catch on until SK's notes at the end!I missed it too! Good catch!
Exactly! It is always so engaging to read his thoughts on what he has presented us.Me too...it's like peeking in a window...you feel naughty doing it, but you want to know what is going on in there.

Even when I have to close at work-I can still manage to be here!Well Guys, I have a couple small questions for you. I have enjoyed discussing his stories with you. Do you want to continue to meet on Friday evenings? Is 9:30EST (8:30 Central) a good time still?
Agreed. I really need to re-read On Writing. I have read at least 20 books since reading it. My memory being the crap it is doesn't recall all the bits and pieces.Just to change the subject for a nanosecond-that's why I LOVE On Writing!

Thanks guys. I am really glad we can chat about his stories too. But I don't want people to feel they 'have to' or drag things out if they aren't really into it.I can't always make it but I really enjoy the discussions I can make it to! So I vote yes!

I even work 2-3 Saturday mornings a month, but will always prioritize this if the time works well for everyone else! Most people have weekends off, so Friday nights should be a good time for a lot of people!I can't always make it but I really enjoy the discussions I can make it to! So I vote yes!
This is the highlight of my week-maybe we'll get more joiners in the future! Thanks guys. I am really glad we can chat about his stories too. But I don't want people to feel they 'have to' or drag things out if they aren't really into it.
