Just read chapter seven. This is the kind of chapter that makes me impatient for the next section. It was very well-written, and as was said above, it introduced a couple of new elements that is both surprising and intriguing. This truly is a page-turning inflection point; I cannot wait until Wednesday so I can turn to the next page. Wonderful work, Garriga; as Do1 pointed out, you reoriented the tale with economic method.
