Sorry, I let everybody down. I went on September 17 and it was a very nice day, unfortunately the wrong one. The actual day was September 19, but by then the temperature had dropped by 20º, it was overcast and windy, and I lost all enthusiasm for an outdoor event. The next day we had thunder, lightning, torrential rain, and hail! I couldn't help thinking what a disaster that would have been for the Batmobile! I do have pictures of the farm where West spent some of his boyhood and of the house in Walla Walla taken on different days, if you would like to see those, and I'm sure the papers and other sources had plenty of pictures.
I'd like to see the pictures.
I'll have to upload them on a site that allows for uploads and then post here.
My back hurts from sleeping on the floor two weeks in a row.

Thanks. Normally the weather is beautiful this time of year but we had really weird conditions almost all year and it tanked that day and then went wild the next! It was just so cold, I figured if I had my picture taken it would be in a jacket and hat and I already have plenty of pictures of me like that and don't need any more. This week has been one of maybe three nice normal weeks for the entire year so far. There will be another ceremony for the statue dedication and I suppose all the popular attractions at this last one will be present then.
Our lovely autumn days come to an end this weekend.
I got Sleeping Beauties the day it came out and haven't read past the first Chapter because I came down with the flu and haven't even moved since then. Right now is the most awake I've been since that Tuesday.

I'm bummed because yesterday morning, I watched the first half of AHS:Cult ep 5 before work. This morning when I went to watch the 2nd half it didn't resume but started at the beginning. This On Demand channel doesn't allow fast forwarding. So I finished Nosferatu instead and will have to watch the whole ep tonight.

I'm new to this city. I really have no friends here. I should've gone away for the long weekend. Coulda shoulda woulda.

20-25 Years ago, i had a Circle of Friends (we hall had one back in the Days).
We were a Bunch of Close Friends, went trough Thick n Thin.
But Life went on , some People Married, some moved into another Town,
and the Clique was torn apart, everyone has it own Way to go.
You`ll always keep them in your Mind and your Heart, and sometimes
you meet one of these People, you Talk and laugh a while, you swap
Mobile Numbers and Mail Adresses, you say "Lets stay in contact"
and you write Messages once or twice a Month, maybe you call him/her sometimes.
This Person isn`t part of your Daily Routine anymore, just a Background Noise...but a good one.
Sometimes, mostly if u had a Drink too much, you fish out some old Photos, remebering the
"Good old Times"
I read the Newspaper this Morning, and then i read a Name and the Background Noise
became a flood of Images in my Head.
His Name was in the Obituaries, he deceased last sunday and i have no Clue why.
