The long-awaited continuation of Marvel’s Dark Tower series is officially underway! Written by Robin Furth and Peter David, The Drawing of the Three – The Prisoner #1 is now available in comic book shops and as a digital download from Comixology.
Featuring cover artwork by Julian Totino Tedesco and interior artwork by Piotr Kowalski and Nick Filardi, The Prisoner #1 kicks off a thrilling and emotional five-part series sure to please the Constant Reader.
Marvel creative director Bill Rosemann has shared the cover artwork for The Dark Tower: The Drawing of the Three – The Prisoner #5. Fans of Stephen’s epic eight-part series will immediately recognize Julian Totino Tedesco’s rendering of one of the most notable monsters in all of the Dark Tower lore.
“Crawling from the surf and coming for your extremities: It’s a living, breathing Lobstrosity!” said Rosemann. “This issue brings Eddie Dean face-to-claw not only with this nightmarish creature, but also with his destiny. This may be the conclusion to The Prisoner, but something tells me our journeys are just beginning.”
Prisoner #1 is now available in Comic Book shops nationwide and is available as a digital download from Comixology.
On November 11th, Stephen will embark on a six-city book tour to promote the release of Revival. The tour begins in New York City and continues through Washington DC, Kansas City, Wichita, Austin and South Portland. Further details regarding the itinerary will be posted on September 15th.
